so this was from an old fic me and a friend was working on, (colliding fortune)
future shadow was from this fic

where sonic grew old but shadow being immortal stayed the same age, and had to watch everyone around him die, sonic (who is his partner in this) being the last of his friends to pass away.
It doesn't seem like that fic is going to ever be finished so i thought i would draw a comic from one of my fav parts -u-

The fact that no words are used but I'm still fighting tears is simply incredible. I haven't cried out of actual sadness in months, and this is what got me to cry again.
